1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our main fulfillment location:

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pack and ship your order (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer two distinct shipping speeds for domestic orders within the United States. Shipping fees are determined automatically at checkout based on your overall order total or package weight:

3. International Shipping

We ship globally to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and over 233 additional countries and territories.

To provide you with the best international experience, we offer both flat-rate and real-time calculated carrier options at checkout:

  • Standard International Shipping: FREE (Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days).

  • DHL Express: Real-time calculated rates directly from Shopify with heavily discounted seller rates. This service supports prepaid duties, meaning you can pay customs fees upfront at checkout to ensure a faster delivery.

  • USPS Worldwide: Real-time calculated rates across 3 distinct services depending on your preference:

    • First Class Package International

    • Priority Mail International

    • Priority Mail Express International

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders shipped via standard carriers, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. LOVIMO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. If you prefer a seamless delivery with no surprise fees on arrival, please opt for our DHL Express service at checkout where duties can be calculated and prepaid.

 


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.
